Learning to let go

I Surrender

Yesterday I decided to release a label I’d adopted for my self image in 2012.

The decision was prompted partly by the deep personal work I’m doing as part of the Great Round of Mandala.

I realised it was also necessary in terms of moving me and this creative business of mine forward. This came to me a short while after I’d had my first call with my personal coach.

Without the label I feel free. I feel open. I feel true. I feel much less pressure.

I still feel richly layered and many textured. I’m ready to surrender into each of those layers.

How do you feel today? Is there a label you’ve adopted that no longer serves you? What would happen if you released it?

So when are you telling?

Ah, Joanna – this one is a bit private for now – but it will come! xo
